INGREDIENTS (for 16-18 person approximately)

- 125g of butter cream (at room temperature)

- 130 g of brown sugar

- 150 g of honey

- 1 egg

- 360 g flour

- ½ teaspoon of baking soda

- Tip 1 teaspoon of ginger

- Tip 1 teaspoon nutmeg or clove powder

- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

- Pinch of salt
